My Vibrant Journey: Unveiling the Colors of Life

 

Greetings! I'm Teresa, a spirited soul who has danced through a kaleidoscope of life experiences, each one a brushstroke adding vibrant colours to my canvas. Currently, I reside in an off-grid yurt on the outskirts of enchanting Carmarthen, embracing the beauty of nature's serenity.

 

My journey has been a tapestry of ups and downs, leading me on a path of growth and self-discovery. Though my school days might not boast many qualifications, life's twists and turns later brought me to a remarkable destination. Fuelled by my initial dreams of being a ballerina or an Egyptologist, my true passion ignited when I discovered the art of massage.

 

For over 40 years, I have dedicated myself to the realm of massage, honing my craft through non-accredited practice. In 2018, I achieved my initial qualification in the artful Lomi Lomi Massage. The pursuit of knowledge led me to attain a BSc (Hons) in Neuroscience, lending depth to my understanding of healing.

 

A fascinating journey unfolded, and I embraced diverse therapeutic modalities. In 2021, I proudly earned my Level 4 Diploma in Sports Massage, mastering the art of providing comfort and relief to athletes and everyday adventurers alike. With zest, I ventured into Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and Reflexology, weaving a tapestry of healing arts.

 

My innate connection with the mystical realms led me to explore Wicca, earning my 3rd Degree in 2001. As a natural healer and Reiki practitioner, I bask in the subtle energies that surround us, channelling their essence into nurturing healing sessions.

 

Captivated by nature's gifts, I delved into the wonders of essential oils and herbalism. My passion paved the way for diplomas in aromatherapy and herbalism, allowing me to curate bespoke blends for your holistic well-being.

 

As an artisan, I craft enchanted candles with precision, infusing them with complex blends of essential oils and coloured waxes. Each candle carries a unique essence, empowered by the celestial dance of the sun and moon. Drawing from angelic energy, I channel divine essence into candles to elevate your sacred space.
